Recently, it came to light that Rita Ora broke COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions to celebrate her 30th birthday party. WIth the news coming out, her celebratory bash has turned into a PR Nightmare. It appears the singer has lost as many as 220,000 instagram followers who have decided to no longer support Ora on the 'Gram. The singer’s fans were furious and filled her comments by calling her out for her complete disregard of the pandemic.

The party in question was in November 2020, where Ora threw a larger party at the Casa Cruz restaurant, where she offered the restaurant manager roughly $7000 USD to host the event. The manager of the restaurant, who was struggling after staff had been furloughed, agreed to deal for the sake of the money. The restaurant manager has since then been fired.

According to the manager however, only seven guests were suppose to attend the party, but 20 guests ended up attending creating issues for both parties. Rita Ora has since apologized via instagram, noting that she "realizes how irresponsible these actions were" and she "takes full responsibility."

Rita Ora was forced to pay a $12,000 fine for her offense, and the court hearing is supposed to decide the fate of Casa Cruz’s restaurant.
