Meek Mill Makes It Known No One Can Ban Him In Philly
Recently Meek Mill found himself trending on Twitter, after he called for peace on the streets between many of the youngbloods and hotheads beefing. He even offered straight up bags if beefs were squashed. "I'll get all the main big artist in Philly a deal if they put them bodies behind them and squash them beefs... I hear about... got some hot young bulls from my city but they all beefing," said Meek.
"And that's just a idea but I'll push thru my city if y'all make it thing! It's like 5 clicks that's talented but they deep in! And they get attention when they beefing," he continued.
One local rapper Poundside Pop didn't take too kindly to Meek's referendum, and straight up told Meek to "pick a side." Meek responded, but not before Pop pulled up past lyrics where Meek claimed he was from Berks Street, and about being from 18th. Poundside made the erroneous claim that Meek was "banned" from North Philly. "You not from North, bro. You're banned."
While Poundside may want to act big, his claims don't seem to hold any value to Meek. In a since deleted tweet, Meek said "We run the hood the fuck is you saying lol."
