Hip Hop Bling Warranty
Hip Hop Bling’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below
Warranty Coverage

Hip Hop Bling offers a lifetime limited warranty on most products due to manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for the lifetime of the product for the original buyer.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects, not including damage caused by:
- excessive wear
- lack of care
- misuse
- abuse
- improper application
Hip Hop Bling will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either
- repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or equivalent
- replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product being replaced, or the same product, if applicable
- refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product
Hip Hop Bling shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to Hip Hop Bling. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes Hip Hop Bling’s property. Hip Hop Bling at its sole discretion will determine if a returned product qualifies for warranty: repair, replacement, exchange, and/or a refund.
Due to the high value of solid gold and diamond jewelry these pieces are marked down on an individual basis, therefore cannot be included in promotions or sales. Repairs, replacements, exchanges and refunds will not exceed the total purchase price of the item at time of purchase.
Each piece will be marked down individually to get you the best price possible. Some solid gold and/or diamond products that are made to order and are not refundable, due to the customized nature of the product. Please note that diamond pieces are excluded from the warranty as they are individually crafted and inspected for perfection.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIP HOP BLING SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. IF HIP HOP BLING CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. - liquid silver polish
- metal cleaners
- pools
- hot tubs
- salt water
- chlorine
- spas
- cleaning chemicals
