Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders or shipping delays beyond our control, we’ll notify you by email or SMS.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping rates—these will be clearly shown during checkout.
Delivery Times
Most U.S. orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally.
If applicable, international shipping rates and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@hiphopbling.com with your order number and photos of the item.
