There can be no doubts that Andre Iguodala has become a staple and legend within the NBA in his own right. Playing professionally since 2004, Andre has been named to the NBA All-Star defense team twice- while he may be past his prime, he still has tremendous potential to provide any team he plays on.

At the moment Iguodala plays for the Grizzlies, but not for long -the Grizzlies have signaled intent to trade him for a draft pick for the future. The Grizzlies have a supposedly extraordinarily high asking price for Iguodala, and not many teams have signaled interest in picking him up for such a steep cost. But - if a buyout was in the works, it's believed the LA Clippers could be one of the first teams in the bid.

“If Iguodala is bought out, the Clippers will be among the first in line to try to sign him. But I don’t think a trade is realistic,” Jovan Buha of The Athletic wrote. “L.A. is already deep on the wings, and I’m not quite sure Iguodala’s a better player than, say, Moe Harkless.”

The Clippers have already added Paul George and Kawhi Leonard to their lineup, picking up Iguodala on top of that would net them a solid starting position for the 2019-20 season.
